Términos de uso

Estos términos regulan el uso de SYL Events, la plataforma de registro a eventos de SYL Roofing Supply (Orlando, Florida, EE. UU.). Al crear una cuenta o inscribirte a un evento, aceptas estos términos.

1. El servicio

SYL Events permite descubrir eventos del sector roofing (capacitaciones, lanzamientos, demos y networking) organizados o patrocinados por SYL Roofing Supply, e inscribirse a ellos. Las inscripciones son gratuitas salvo que se indique lo contrario en el evento.

2. Tu cuenta

• Debes proporcionar datos veraces y mantenerlos actualizados; los usamos para gestionar tu acceso a los eventos.
• Eres responsable de la custodia de tus credenciales y de la actividad de tu cuenta.
• La plataforma está dirigida a profesionales del sector, mayores de 18 años.

3. Inscripciones y cupos

• Los cupos son limitados y se asignan por orden de inscripción. La lista de espera no garantiza acceso.
• Si no puedes asistir, cancela tu inscripción desde la app para liberar tu cupo.
• SYL puede modificar la fecha, sede o agenda de un evento, o cancelarlo. Te avisaremos por los medios de contacto de tu cuenta.

4. Reseñas y conducta

• Las reseñas deben basarse en tu experiencia real y mantener un tono respetuoso. Pasan por moderación antes de publicarse.
• No está permitido usar la plataforma para spam, suplantación de identidad o cualquier actividad ilegal.
• Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos.

5. Propiedad intelectual

Las marcas, logos y contenidos de la plataforma pertenecen a SYL Roofing Supply o a sus respectivos titulares (marcas de fabricantes como GAF, IKO, CertainTeed, entre otras). No adquieres ningún derecho sobre ellos por usar la plataforma.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

La plataforma se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, SYL Roofing Supply no responde por daños indirectos derivados del uso de la plataforma ni por interrupciones del servicio ajenas a su control.

7. Privacidad

El tratamiento de tus datos se describe en la Política de privacidad.

8. Cambios y ley aplicable

Podemos actualizar estos términos; si el cambio es relevante, lo anunciaremos en la plataforma. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU.

Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of SYL Events, the event registration platform of SYL Roofing Supply (Orlando, Florida, USA). By creating an account or registering for an event, you accept these terms.

1. The service

SYL Events lets you discover and register for roofing industry events (trainings, launches, demos, and networking) organized or sponsored by SYL Roofing Supply. Registration is free unless stated otherwise for a specific event.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date; we use it to manage your access to events.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the activity on your account.
• The platform is intended for industry professionals, 18 or older.

3. Registrations and capacity

• Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come basis. The waitlist does not guarantee access.
• If you can't attend, cancel your registration in the app so your spot is released.
• SYL may change an event's date, venue, or agenda, or cancel it. We will notify you through your account's contact details.

4. Reviews and conduct

• Reviews must reflect your real experience and stay respectful. They are moderated before publishing.
• Using the platform for spam, impersonation, or any illegal activity is not allowed.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, and platform content belong to SYL Roofing Supply or their respective owners (manufacturer brands such as GAF, IKO, and CertainTeed, among others). Using the platform grants you no rights over them.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SYL Roofing Supply is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or for service interruptions beyond its control.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
